Format:In-personLocation:House of ConnectionsTrack:Parallel session

How can we radical accelerate wind and hydrogen technologies in the North Sea area? In short: by synergy beyond what is possible today, by equality-based coordination between all parties involved.

This workshop offers new insights in collective transition leadership and new action perspectives for leaders. Together, we’ll interact in multiple, facilitated round tables. We’ll explore how the model works out for agenda-setting and transition project matchmaking. Key factors such as international collaboration, labour markets, global finance, geopolitical safety, environmental protection, citizen involvement and niche industries come into play.

Your takeaway will be an understanding of benefits and pitfalls of the task-democratic method, as well as manageable action perspectives on upscaling and accelerating sustainable transitions and the innovative power of your industry, your sector or your territory. Extra option: join a new community of practice.

Speakers:
- Lorenzo Squintani, University of Groningen
- Peter Bootsma, Noorden Duurzaam and Groene Burgemeester Groningen
